Our limited edition art prints are created with care, taking 8-10 business days for printing, framing, and shipping & 10-14 days for oversized Collector Size Editions, Our framed prints are prepared for immediate display, allowing you to hang them straight out of the box with ease.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

In the rare event that your art piece arrives with anything less than immaculate perfection, kindly apprise us immediately. Provide images in the first 24 hours of the affected artwork and its packaging. Even if exterior damage isn't apparent, including box photos helps us better assist you to ensure a smooth resolution.

Should your marked-as-delivered order remain unclaimed, please notify us via email. We're committed to tracing its path and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Due to shipping constraints, framing options are not currently offered for international orders. Unframed prints are shipped in rolled tubes via courier service.

DUTIES + TAXES

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for any fees imposed by the destination country. Your package will not be released until these payments are settled. Dotcom Art cannot provide exact duty costs, so please ensure you're aware of potential fees before completing your purchase.

All discounts and promotions are not cumulative and therefore cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

We provide unframed prints, affording you the liberty to tailor the aesthetic of your final piece. When adding the artwork to your cart, simply opt for "no frame." We always highly stress that our prints are framed and protected in some capacity none the less to maintain the quality of the artwork. 

Lifting: Always support the frame by its two vertical sides. Avoid lifting from the top rail or center to prevent the timber from flexing.

Hanging Mid, Medium & Large Sizes: Hanging via the provided hanging wire is perfectly suitable for these sizes.

Hanging XL, Feature, Statement & Collector Sizes: It is imperative to hang these larger pieces directly using the two steel corner loops on separate wall hooks. Using a wire for these sizes can cause the timber to bow over time.

For utmost protection and preservation, we employ a substantial sheet of UV blocking acrylic for our framed fine art prints. This choice, though pricier than glass, guarantees enhanced safeguarding during transit, minimizing the risk of damage.

Our frames boast an impeccable construction using premium wood, hand crafted + assembled to perfectly complement each artwork. 

Construction: Handcrafted, ready-to-hang frames made from sustainably sourced (FSC/PEFC) hardwood.

Finishes & Protection: Black, White, or Oak finishes with UV-resistant acrylic.

Design & Aesthetics: Refined traditional classic style featuring a standard width & depth, scaled larger width and depth for collector sizes.

Hanging Hardware: Pre-installed hanging wires (sizes 1–3) or D-hooks (sizes 4–7).

Our works are MADE - TO - ORDER. Due to the bespoke nature of each limited edition piece including custom printing, mounting, and framing tailored exclusively to you, we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate returns or replace due to change of minds beyond placing your order.

We apologise for any inconvenience, but our sales are final. We are regrettably unable to accommodate size exchanges or returns as every artwork is meticulously crafted to order, reflecting your unique preferences.

Modifications or cancellations to your order can be made within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Please be aware that once the framing process has commenced for your custom piece, adjustments become unfeasible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
