Each piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed for you, so we cannot accept refunds or exchanges. You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours by emailing info@dotcom-art.com

Once the printing process begins, adjustments are not possible.

Please review your cart carefully before placing your order, as we cannot modify or offer exchanges once the order is put into production. Please ask any question's before purchasing if you are unsure. We are more than happy to assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Warranty policy

In the event that you receive products that are damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the description on our website, we are committed to replacing them for you. Please include photographs of the damage along with images of the original packaging.
