2.2 LIMITED LICENSE TO BUYERS
Your purchase of a physical print or framed artwork from Dotcom Art Pty Ltd constitutes the acquisition of the physical artifact only.

• Personal Use: The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, private, non-commercial display of the physical object.
• Prohibited Acts: You are strictly prohibited from scanning, digitizing, photographing for reproduction, replicating, or creating derivative works from the physical print. Any commercial application, including but not limited to use in commercial advertising, broadcast film sets, public spaces operating for commercial profit, or corporate branding, requires a separate, written Commercial Licensing Agreement executed by Dotcom Art Pty Ltd.

2.3 ANTI-AI TRAINING & SCRAPING PROTECTIONS
The proprietary imagery, graphics, layouts, and visual media on this web domain are heavily protected against unauthorized data harvesting, extraction, and algorithmic consumption. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing any automated systems, software, scripts, bots, or applications (including "crawlers", "spiders", or "scrapers") to extract imagery from dotcom-art.com for the purpose of training machine learning models, generative AI platforms, deep-learning networks, or computer vision algorithms. Such actions constitute a material breach of these terms, a violation of international copyright protections, and an unauthorized trespass on our digital property.

3.1 PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT SPECIFICATIONS
To prevent overproduction and preserve standard studio quality, all items are strictly printed-to-order based on the consumer's customized specifications (size, media type, framing). Production lead times vary based on the scale of the artwork and current print queue volumes. Stated production and shipping timelines are estimations and do not constitute strict contractual delivery deadlines.

• Color Variance: The Customer acknowledges that digital monitors vary significantly based on individual calibration, display technologies, and panel brightness. The physical print pigments and tones may vary slightly from what is rendered on your digital screen.
• Materiality & Industry Tolerances: Specifications regarding fine-art paper weights (gsm), canvas textures, and frame millimetre configurations are provided as accurately as possible but are subject to minor, industry-standard manufacturing tolerances.

3.2 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & CUSTOMS LIABILITIES
We provide logistics and insured transport servicing Australia, the United States of America (USA), Canada, and the United Kingdom (UK).

• Importer of Record: For shipments clearing international borders outside of Australia, the Customer is designated the "importer of record" and must comply with all local statutes. You are exclusively liable for all import duties, regional value-added taxes (VAT), local goods and services taxes (GST), and customs brokerage or clearance fees levied by your home country. Dotcom Art Pty Ltd will not refund shipping or product fees due to a customer's refusal to clear local customs.
• Risk of Loss & Title: Title to the product and all associated risks of loss transfer seamlessly to the Customer upon our safe handover of the packaged goods to the designated postal or courier carrier service.

3.3 RETURNS, MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Because every piece of artwork is individually custom-fabricated, printed, and/or framed precisely to your custom online order parameters, we do not offer returns, modifications, or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing mistakes.

• Cancellation Window: Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted strictly within two (2) hours of the initial purchase transaction via our formal support channel. Once an order has entered our automated studio print queue, it cannot be edited, canceled, or refunded.

3.4 CONSUMER GUARANTEES & DAMAGED DELIVERIES
Our items are backed by consumer protection statutes that legally cannot be excluded under your local regional jurisdiction:

• Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Submissions must include photographic proof of both the damaged exterior shipping container and the compromised physical print. If a package is visibly crushed or torn upon courier arrival, you must insist the carrier records a notation of visual damage prior to signing for receipt.

3.5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable regional laws, Dotcom Art Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of business profit, loss of data, or aesthetic property damage—arising out of your use of our storefront or products. In all legal events, our aggregate liability is strictly capped at the exact monetary amount paid by you to Dotcom Art Pty Ltd for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

• Moisture & Humidity Controls: Avoid hanging prints in unventilated spaces prone to elevated moisture or steam (such as domestic bathrooms or saunas) unless the item has been custom-specified and glazed for high-moisture environments.
• DIY Framing Materials: If purchasing a "Print Only" or unframed canvas, we strongly recommend using acid-free mounting tape, boards, and archival-safe mats. Utilizing standard industrial adhesives or non-archival tapes will cause chemical yellowing or deterioration of the paper fibers over time, which voids any quality guarantees.

4.4 PROMOTIONAL SALES & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Products purchased specifically under markdown pricing events, holiday promotional discount codes, or from a dedicated "Clearance" section are classified as Final Sale. These items are strictly ineligible for standard exchanges or cancellation adjustments, without prejudice to any baseline consumer rights guaranteed to you by your regional consumer law framework.
